*Support@stratagem.world is a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week online service that allows Customers to receive rapid answers to their questions. Should the need arise, it will also ensure the scheduling of an expert to troubleshoot further, which is priced at a fixed rate of $75 per hour.
*The session will commence on the scheduled date of the network consultation as booked on www.stratagem.world and with matching availability confirmed by firstname.lastname@example.org. *For ongoing issues that cannot be resolved in one session, STRATAGEM NYC will continue to provide telephone or video call support, and such support will consist of responding to trouble calls as reasonably required to ensure the timely resolution of network issues.
*The Customer understands and agrees that the Network support session requires the Customer to provide a site escort for the Technician as well as high-speed internet access and telephone connectivity both in reasonable proximity to the work area.
* The technician will not troubleshoot, apply hotfixes or software patches, upgrade software, make changes to the environment, restore the configuration, create a basic configuration, perform any other configuration activity, or take directions from any individual other than the Client who signed up for the original session.
*The Client must ensure that they have proper credentials (i.e. Account Names, Passwords, etc) in order to access the relevant network or device that the Technician is attempting to troubleshoot.

*In the case of being hacked, troubleshooting and immediately resolving upon detection of hacking or attempted hack of the client's website; including a detailed incident report for the client's information.
*SSL renewal and verification reminders which are essential for ongoing essential encryption for the site.
*Assistance with any website technical difficulties.
*Assistance with installing other chosen or free web dev/ security tools.
2. NETWORK SUPPORT & CYBERSECURITY MAINTENANCE
New/ Renew Membership - $365USD per year
*Network support for any/ overall technical infrastructure, remote troubleshooting and installation of solutions further discounted to $50 per hour. 24/7 support line and texting service ensures expedience in requesting and scheduling our engineers.
*(A day of troubleshooting and installation is 8 hours, you would save $200. In 2 days of troubleshooting during the entire year, would save more than what the program cost.)
